1. Photo of Ray with his mother and Ray's father's sister (Joan Molden). It also includes Joan's daughter, Harriett. It was taken after the babies were baptized in the St. Paul Episcopal Church, Sioux City, Iowa. Rev. Gaynor was the minister.

Folder contains the following: article and photo from the "Seattle P-I", August 17, 1945 about Ray's discharge from the U.S. Army;obituary of John I. Molden, Ray's cousin's husband; Ray's family documents; enlistment and discharge papers from the Army, citing him for the American Defense Service medal, the Good Conduct medal, the Asiatic-Pacific Service medal, and the Philippine Liberation Medal with one Bronze Service Star.

There are a large number of pictures of the Fowler family both in the Northwest and in Sioux City, Iowa. They are in an separate album as well as in the plastic storage box. There are also interesting pictures of Ray and his band during a cruise in Asia (1935) and of his military action in New Guinea and elsewhere in the Pacific.
